This was such a beautiful wedding, filled with sweet moments. I promised you a butterfly release and an awesome ring shot. Take a look.

The little guy’s butterflies didn’t want to leave their box…He said, “They’re having a conversation!” So cute! Isn’t this shot amazing? Kudos to my second shooter, Kelli, for being my butterfly whisperer.

This has got to be my all time favorite bridal bouquet. I’ve always thought the cascading bouquets were so elegant and beautiful. They remind me of Princess Diana’s wedding. Orlaith definitely looked like a princess herself. After the wedding, the couple took the gorgeous bridal bouquet to Arlington cemetery, to put it on the grave of David’s father who passed away when he was only 2. Hearing that made me tear up!

My absolute favorite image from this wedding is this one of Orlaith and the kids eating wedding cake by the band.

The reception was a lot of fun for everyone. The Whiskey Rebellion played lots of Irish music, and they danced the Seige of Ennes.

Vanlandingham Garden Party Wedding Part 1 | Charlotte Destination Wedding

From across the pond, two of the sweetest, most genuine people came to exchange their vows in a destination wedding at Vanlandingham Estate. David & Orlaith’s wedding guests came from all over the globe to take part in their special day. The couple came from the Netherlands, and the guests came from places like Panama, Ireland, and London. I was in love with all of their accents, and they said the same about mine. I will actually miss them. They are all pretty amazing!

The bridal gown is a coutoure gown by Miss Pearl in the Netherlands. The second dress is a more American traditional wedding gown she wore for the reception. Both are equally beautiful, aren’t they?

Mint Museum Wedding | Charlotte Wedding Photographers

October has quickly become the new June for Southern weddings. The weather seems to be much milder and more cooperative and yet so beautiful. Adam and Kristen’s wedding at St. Peter’s Catholic Church and Mint Museum reception were so beautiful and you could really see the love among the entire group!

Baby Jackson | Charlotte Newborn Photographer

Baby Jackson arrived! I love photographing newborn babies are so much fun…their little cries are so tiny and cute and everything about them is so perfect! Baby Jackson didn’t want to sleep a wink. He was ready for his photo shoot. Even Elvis got in on the fun, again!

Nancy’s Glow {Charlotte Maternity Photographer}

It’s been a while since I’ve shot some maternity, so I was really stoked to do this session. The weather was unbelievably cooperative! You wouldn’t know it was the beginning of February.

Nancy is due any day now and has a glow like you wouldn’t even believe. This is will be her first child and she is already talking about when they have baby #2. Eek! Her entire family is so excited for little Jackson to get here…. Just a few more days….

Look at Elvis! He’s the cutest fur brother little Jackson could ask for. He talked to me almost the entire time, and even posed a time or two.

Aww! I just couldn’t help but to show you this one. He’s just too cute!

And since the weather was so unbelievably gorgeous, we ventured out to Freedom Park for a few more portraits. Lots of people were out enjoying the sun and warm temperatures.

Congrats Nancy and Matt! Can’t wait to meet the little one!
